Now that you've successfully registered for the 2019 PGA Jr. League season, use the below tutorials should you need help using the pgajrleague.com website. For further assistance,  please click here to find the contact information for your Regional League Manager.

How do I login to pgajrleague.com?

If you're a Captain or Coach and would like to login to your SportsEngine account on pgajrleague.com, follow the below instructions.

Step 1) Go to www.pgajrleague.com

Step 2) Click the 'Login' button on the top right corner of the website, next to the Search bar. 

Step 3) Enter your SportsEngine username or email address, and your password. Then click 'Sign In'

How do I edit my Registration Entry?

If you're a Captain and would like to update any information within your registration entry (Phone Number, Price, Max Participants, Close Date, etc.), follow the steps below. 

Step 1) Login to your SportsEngine account

Step 2) Go to the registrations tab of your user dashboard

Step 3) Select the Registration Entry to edit.

Step 4) Click the Pencil Icon next to the field to change.

Step 5) Enter the new information.

Step 6) Click Save.

How do my Players Register?

Now that you've registered as a Captain, your players can register by following the steps below:

Step 1) Go to www.pgajrleague.com/sign-up

Step 2) Enter the search parameters to find the facility you'd like to register for. You can use a zip code or keyword search.

Step 3) Click the 'Register' button

Step 4) Login with your existing SporstEngine account, or Sign Up if you don't already have one.

Step 5) Complete the form and make payment to complete your registration. Once completed, you'll arrive at a receipt screen. A receipt email will also be emailed to the address associated with your SportsEngine account.

How do I export my registration data?

If you're a Captain and need to download your registration data into a CSV file, follow the below steps.

Step 1) Login to your SportsEngine account

Step 2) Once logged in, click rostering in the upper left corner

Step 3) Select a registration to access your roster

Step 4) Export Roster Data

a. Click the three dots listed to the right of filter

b. Click export data

How do I roster players?

Now that players have registered at your facility, you'll want to roster them to a team. To complete the rostering process, follow the steps below. 

Step 1) Login to your SportsEngine account

Step 2) Click on the 'Rostering' button from the left hand menu

Step 3) Make sure 'Assign Players' is selected, then select the '2019 Player Registration' from the drop down menu

Step 4) To the right, search for your facility in the 'Teams' box. Click filter and find your facility/team and then select 'apply filters'

Step 5) Roster the players by selecting the individuals on the left that should be on the team, click and drag them over to the team on the right and release your mouse. The players will be automatically rostered to the team

How do my Coaches register?

Once you’ve completed your Captain registration and passed the background check, you will be sent an email from SportsEngine that will contain a personalized link to your facility's specific Coach registration link.

Share this link with your Coaches.

Alternatively, Coaches can register by clicking the URL associated with their Captain's name on the Coaches page:  www.pgajrleague.com/coaches

Once they have passed the Coach background check, you will be able to assign them permissions.

How do I assign permissions to my Coaches?

If another Captain or Coach needs access to your team page to assist with rostering and scheduling, you'll need to grant them permissions to do so on your team page. 

Step 1) Login to your SportsEngine account

Step 2) Click on the rostering button in the left menu

Step 3) Click on the 'Assign Staff' tab

Step 4) Select the 2019 registration the Coach registered to

Step 5) Find the Coach you want to grant permissions to in the 'People' side of rostering on the left.

Step 6) Click and drag the Coach over to the team they need access to. You will be prompted to select their staff role which will give them the proper level of access to the website

How do I schedule a game? (desktop and mobile app)

If you're a Captain and would like to schedule games for your team, follow the steps below:

For Desktop

Step 1) Login to your SportsEngine account

Step 2) Locate your team page via the search

Step 3) Switch into Edit mode, click the 'Manage Team' button, and select 'Schedule' from the left hand menu

Step 4) Click the 'New Game' button. From the 'Opponent' dropdown menu search the team you will be playing against. Enter in the remaining game details and click 'Add Game'.

For Mobile

Step 1) In your SportsEngine mobile app, tap Teams from the menu at the bottom.

Step 2) Select your team then tap Schedule.

Step 3) Tap the + icon at the top right of the screen.

Step 4) Select New Game or New Event.

Step 5) Enter the Game or Event Details.

Step 6) Tap Save.

 

Edit an Existing Game or Event

To edit an existing game from the mobile app, click the game to edit from the Schedule tab. Then click the blue Pencil Icon in the bottom right hand corner.

How do I score a game? (desktop and mobile app)

If you're a Captain and would like to score games for your team, follow the steps below:

For Desktop

Step 1) Login to your SportsEngine account

Step 2) Locate your team page

Step 3) Switch into Edit mode, click 'Game Schedule', then 'QS' to the right of the game you'd like to score

Step 4) Select 'Final' from the Game Status dropdown, enter in the score and click 'Save'

For Mobile - Using an iOS device:

Step 1) Login to your SportsEngine account

Step 2) Locate your team via the Teams tab

Step 3) Tap Schedules

Step 4) Tap the All tab to see past and current games

Step 5) Locate and tap the game you wish to score.

Step 6) Tap the Pencil Icon > Score Game.

Step 7) Update the Score

NOTE: When the game is over, make sure to tap Final to mark the game as complete

Step 8) Once satisfied, tap Save. 

For Mobile - Using an Android device:

Step 1) Login to your SportsEngine account

Step 2) Locate your team via the Teams tab

Step 3) Tap Schedules

Step 4) Tap the All tab to see past and current games

Step 5) Locate and tap the game you wish to score

Step 6)  Tap the Scoreboard Icon

Step 7) Update the Score

Note: When the game is over, make sure to tap Final to mark the game as complete

Step 8) Once satisfied, tap the Checkmark

How do I message my team? (desktop and mobile app)

If you're a Captain and would like to message your team, follow the steps below:

For Desktop

Step 1) Login to your SportsEngine account

Step 2) Locate your team page

Step 3) Switch into Edit mode, click the 'Manage Team' button

Step 4) Click the Roster tab

Step 5) Click Message

Step 6) Select the recipients in the "To" field. Choose All

Step 7)  Players and All Staff to send the message to the entire roster.

Step 8) Type the message and click Send.


Team members who have not accepted their invite or have opted out of communication will not receive messages.

For Mobile

Step 1) Open the SportsEngine App and log in.

Step 2) Tap the Teams tab.

Step 3) Select the team to message.

Step 4) Tap Messages.

Step 5) Tap the + (plus sign).

Step 6) Select the recipients in the "To" field. Choose All Players and Staff to send the message to the entire roster.

Step 7) Type the message and tap Send (arrow in the top right corner).

You can also chat with your entire team from the Chat tab of the mobile app.

How do I send RSVPs? (desktop only)

If you're a Captain and would like to send out RSVPs to your team after already creating the event, follow the steps below:

For Desktop

Step 1) Login to your SportsEngine account

Step 2) Locate your team page

Step 3) Switch into Edit mode, click the 'Manage Team' button, and select 'Schedule' from the left hand menu

Step 4) Select the 'RSVPs' tab at the top of the page and click into the event you want to send RSVPs for. Select the members of the team that should receive the RSVP and click the 'Send Reminders' button

How do I view RSVPs? (desktop and mobile app)

If you're a Captain and would like to check the status of the RSVPs you've sent out for your team, follow the steps below:

For Desktop

Step 1) Login to your SportsEngine account

Step 2) Locate your team page

Step 3) Switch into Edit mode, click the 'Manage Team' button

Step 4) Select 'Schedule' from the left hand menu, click on the 'RSVPs' tab at the top of the page and then click into the game in question

Step 5) Once you're in the game you will have to option to message individuals or remind people to respond to the RSVP

For Mobile

Step 1) Login to your SportsEngine account

Step 2) Locate you team via the favorites tab

Step 3) Tap on schedule from the team page

Step 4) Scroll through the list of dates to find the event in question

Step 5) Player responses will appear below the event

Refunds and Disputes

Refunds and disputes should follow the below process...

Step 1) Parent notifies Captain that they are requesting a refund

Step 2) Captain requests that the Parent forwards their PGA Jr. League Online Store Receipt to them

Step 3) Captain forwards the parent's email to pgajrleaguerefund@pgahq.com. In the absence of a receipt, the Captain collects the following information from the Parent and forwards it to pgajrleaguerefund@pgahq.com:

a. Payee First and Last Name (must match the name on the credit card that was used)
b. Captain Name
c. Order Total (Registration Fee + Processing Fee)

Step 4) Refund is processed

NOTE 1: If the Team Kit has already shipped, the $75 registration fee paid to PGA REACH is non-refundable

NOTE 2: If the Parent requests a refund directly from PGA REACH the refund will be issued and the Captain will be notified

NOTE 3: In the event that a chargeback dispute is initiated by a parent, the PGA will immediately send notification to the Captain via their email to confirm if the chargeback is valid. If a refund is not due, the Captain will be required to submit documentation to refute the chargeback within 7 days. If the chargeback is lost and the Captain has already received the registration fees, the Captain will be required to send payment to refund PGA REACH for the amount previously funded. The expectation is that whenever possible, the Captain should handle communication with the Parent in resolving the chargeback within the 7 days.

For Parents

Now that you've successfully registered for the 2019 PGA Jr. League season, use the below tutorials should you need help using the pgajrleague.com website and mobile app.

How do I register?

Ready to sign up for a PGA Jr. League program? Follow the steps below to register a player.

Step 1) Go to www.pgajrleague.com/sign-up

Step 2) Enter the search information to find the facility you'd like to register for. You can use a zip code or keyword search.

Step 3) Click the 'Register' button

Step 4) Login with your existing SporstEngine account, or Sign Up if you don't already have one.

Step 5) Complete the form and make payment to complete your registration. Once completed, you'll arrive at a receipt screen. A receipt will also be sent to the email address associated with your SportsEngine account. 

How do I edit my Registration Entry?

If you've already registered a player and would like to update any information within the registration entry (Name, Primary Contact Information, Medical Information, etc.), follow the steps below:

Step 1) Login to your SportsEngine account

Step 2)  Go to the Registrations tab of your user dashboard.

Step 3) Select the Registration Entry to edit.

Step 4) Click the Pencil Icon next to the field to change.

Step 5) Enter the new information.

Step 6) Click Save.

 

How do I find a team page?

After you have signed a child up to participate in PGA Jr. League, the Captain will place the child on a team. To find the team page, follow the steps below:

Step 1) Navigate to www.pgajrleague.com

Step 2) In the top right Search bar, enter in the name of the team and click the 'Search' button

Step 3) Select the team from the populated search results

How do I enable text message notifications?

Receive messages from your organization through text messages on your phone in addition to emails.

You are only able to receive text messages at the one mobile phone number on your account settings page.

Step 1) Log in and go to the Account Settings tab of your user dashboard.

Step 2) Click Add Mobile Phone if your phone number is not already there.

Step 3) Enter your phone number and click Submit.

Step 4) Check your phone for the validation code.

Step 5) Enter the validation code and click Submit.

Step 6) Check the box with your phone number under Notification Settings.

How do I follow a team? (mobile app)

Follow teams in the SportsEngine Mobile App to add them to the Teams tab so that they are easy to find again.

Teams that you are a member of will appear in the Teams tab by default when you log in.

 

Get the Team ID

Because there are so many teams using SportsEngine, we recommend searching for a team using the Team ID rather than the team name.

Step 1) Navigate to the team page on the organization's website.
Step 2) Locate the grey bar with the phone icon near the top of the page.
Step 3) Copy or write down the Team ID.
Step 4) Search for the team in the SportsEngine app using the Team ID.

Not all organizations have the Team ID listed. If you don't see it, please contact a team admin for the Team ID or search using the team and organization name.

 

Search for a Team

Step 1) Open the SportsEngine app and log in.
Step 2) Tap the Teams tab.
Step 3) Tap the Search icon in the top right.
Step 4) Enter the Team ID or team name and tap search.

 

Follow or Unfollow a Team

Tap the Star icon next to a team name to add it to or remove it from the Teams tab.

How do I view messages?

Once your Captain has sent out a message to your player or your player's team, you can view the message through the PGA Jr. League mobile app or via email. 

Step 1) Login to your SportsEngine account in the PGA Jr. League mobile app

Step 2) Select your team from the Favorites menu

Step 3) Tap on 'Messages' from the team menu. Messages sent to your player will appear in the 'Inbox'.

How do I RSVP?

When your Team Manager or Coach creates a new game or event and invites you, you will be notified of the event. There will be a few different options on how you can RSVP to that event or game as well. 

 

RSVP from an Email
You will receive an invitation email to which you can RSVP. There is no need to log in to the team website to RSVP, simply click a button within the email indicating that you are Going, Not Going, or Maybe.

 

For Desktop

Step 1) Find the email that contains the RSVP from your team

Step 2) Respond to the RSVP by selecting Going, Not Going, or Maybe.

 

RSVP from the Mobile App

You will receive a message in the Your RSVPs section of the mobile app to which you can RSVP. You can also RSVP in the Your RSVPs area when you are viewing a game or event. 

Step 1) Open the SportsEngine app and log in.

Step 2) Tap the Schedule tab.

Step 3) Tap the game or event.

Step 4) Select RSVP.

Step 5) Indicate whether you are Going (✓), Not Going (x), or Undecided (?).

You can change your response at anytime following the same instructions.

 

RSVP from the Team Center

As an admin, you can also see who from your team has responded to the invitations and RSVP for a player under your account from Team Center.

Step 1) Go to the teams tab of your user dashboard.

Step 2) Click a team name to get to Team Center.

Step 3) Click the RSVPs tab.

Step 4) Click the V next to the players name.

Step 5) Select Yes, No or Maybe.

Refunds and Disputes

If you've registered a PGA Jr. League player, and would like to request a refund, follow the below steps. 

Step 1) Notify your Captain that you are requesting a refund

Step 2) Your Captain will requests you forward your PGA Jr. League Online Store Receipt to them. In the absence of a receipt, you're required to provide the Captain the following information.

a. Payee First and Last Name (must match the name on the credit card that was used)
b. Captain Name
c. Order Total (Registration Fee + Processing Fee)

Step 3) Captain forwards the email to pgajrleaguerefund@pgahq.com.
